The position is responsible for helping achieve aggressive financial targets for the company restaurants in the assigned market. Implements an inventory management system. Results include: reducing delays on inventory orders and reducing the food variance gap which in turn increases restaurant profitability and achieves earnings before income taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) targets. Allocates work as a team leader; may check on completion/quality

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivering consistent reporting tools to the company operations team weekly, monthly and quarterly

  • Responsible for improving the inventory management process for the company restaurants

  • Responsible for decreasing the number of voids in the restaurants using problem solving

  • Responsible for reducing food waste to increase gross profit in the restaurants

  • Responsible for building sustainable budgets to hit earnings before income taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) targets and ZBB

  • Recommends strategies to the district management (DM) team to help improve on financial metrics

  • Creates presentations and the PowerPoint decks for performance review meetings

  • Delivers consistent reporting tools

  • Makes recommendations for financial transactions, creating easy to understand reports to help support the district management team

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and the information technology (IT) framework; knowledge of basic financial applications and procedures

  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities and projects; skilled in interacting effectively under difficult circumstances and tight deadlines

  • Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience, whether orally or in writing

  • 0 to 2 years previous experience; specific experience in Franchise Operations preferred
