Sr. Manager, Brand Marketing
Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, this Senior Manager position oversees 3 key areas of the global brand marketing team: Kid’s Meal Category, Global Marketing Training Program and Social Media Strategy.
Families and kids are a crucial part of our business. As the owner of the global kid’s meal category, the person on this position defines the strategy to increase our kid’s program sales and improve guest experience across 80+ markets globally. He/she will closely monitor business, category, guest and competitive trends within the quick-service restaurant industry as well as the kid’s entertainment business, and identify implications and opportunities. He/she ensures flawless execution from internal cross-functional teams, global franchisee teams and agency partners.
The Senior Manager will also be responsible for training all marketing employees in the organization. By partnering with subject matter experts, he/she will identify, develop and implement marketing training content for all employees working in communication, product innovation, analytics and customer insights.
Lastly, he/she helps support the digital transformation at Burger King, including evolving and executing our global Social Media strategy, analyzing performance and sharing best practices with global franchisees

Leads Kids Meal category activities such as licensing and calendar planning, merchandising, television advertising, promotions, playgrounds, restaurant experience and menu innovation/compliance
Owns the toy premium product life cycle from early concept to optimization to launch– by working closely with the creative agencies and safety and quality assurance teams, and other business stakeholders to meet brand and business objectives
Ensures continuity of communications strategy across all consumer touch points
Develops and maintains strong external working relationships with global franchisees to understand business needs and identify local opportunities and best practices
Partner with subject matter experts to develop training programs in marketing/ brand positioning across all regions
Identifies documents and disseminates Social Media key learnings and best practices to global franchisees
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor Degree in marketing or related from top tier university required, MBA preferred
5+ Years in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) or QSR/ hospitality experience required, preferably in sectors close to Retail
Solid knowledge of kids entertainment business and brand licensing preferred
Excellent ability to problem solve, identify and investigate issues
Effective and proven strategic/analytical thinking and planning skills
Ability to communicate and collaborate with all levels of staff including executive leadership, internal divisions and external clients
Ability to manage multiple high priority projects under pressure
Team player who is also an independent thinker, self-motivated, self-starter and a creator
Creative flair both in generating ideas and execution
Strong attention to detail
Ability to travel as needed for business
