Analyst, People Services - HRIS



Job Summary:

As part of the RBI Global Business Services (GBS) team, this role is responsible for HRIS data maintenance for our three brands – Tim Hortons, Burger King and Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. This position will work within a team environment and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure all transactions are accurately processed by key deadlines.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Managing employee data throughout life-cycle through reporting, and validation using various HRIS systems and tools

  • Organizational maintenance and reporting within SAP HR

  • Ensuring high volume HR transactional processing is efficient, timely and accurate while ensuring confidentiality at all times

  • Auditing data and reports to ensure compliance with policies and procedures

  • Delivering on process improvement initiatives including automation of manual processes

  • Creating standard operating procedures for all processes

  • Administering Time and Attendance System and extracting payroll files for biweekly processing

  • Maintaining employee file system

  • Working within high volume ticket management system

  • As part of the HR team, will also assist with HR functions such as employee onboarding activities, employee letters, offer letters, employment verifications etc.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a high volume, fast paced environment

  • Detail oriented, organized and able to meet tight deadlines

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service approach

  • Experience working with large amounts of data

  • Knowledge of SAP HR and ADP Globalview is considered an asset
